		<description>What&#039;s up is that they realize that all the money in the world can&#039;t buy safety from massive population shifts driven by climate change.  You may already know this but this has been on the Pentagon scenario list for at least 5 years or more.  

Typically the trans-continental elite can simply relocate to a safer location (Boulder, Zurich and so on) when things get bad locally.  However when things are bad everywhere, there&#039;s no where to hide.  Therefore, the only solution is to fix the problem globally.</description>
